Seems they only take more junior level people with less working experience. None of my experienced peers heard back, instead they take in someone with absolutely no experience. Also, seems the M&A deal flow is not that many.

Typical behavioral question on what will I do in certain circumstances.
Phone screening and then superday. Both with heavy behavioral, situational cases, questions regarding markets, and resume questions. Very easy technicals asking accounting questions and definitions on certain financial terms. Presentation is key and you should also be prepared to answer basic questions perfectly to stand out.
