Long Process, but friendly people. Process where you met many people and not all of them would be part of the day to day. But a great way to get to know the 'feel' of the company.

The interview consisted of a screening, a video discussion and then a writing exercise. There was a moderate delay between each step and no feedback was given at the end.

How would you resolve a conflict between two clients?

The interview process involved a phone screening, which took about 20 minutes, followed by an in-person interview and a critical thinking type of test. The in-person interview was conducted by a team of two and took approximately an hour. The test took about half an hour, but I may have rushed through it. I was a bit underprepared for the in-person interview, but the interviewers also did very little to make me feel comfortable. They were, in fact, quite intimidating (especially as it was 2-on-1) and as a result I was overly nervous and "blew it."

I don't recall an exact question, but the team conducting the in-person interview asked tough problem solving questions and required a quantifiable answer. When I was not able to produce a quantifiable answer on the spot they kind of blankly stared at me for an excessive amount of time.
