Web interview during pandemic, they did not check my graduated college before asking for an interview. They only prefer top college in China and worldwide. Is time wasting indeed, and poor management.

The interview process was fairly structured and professional. It started with an initial HR screening call focusing on background, motivation, and understanding of the role. This was followed by two interviews with team members or managers from the Wealth Management department.
