firstly you go through the HR person, through a background check, then you get an interview and personality test with him, then they decide your profile is good, you get an interview with the panel in charge of the specific project, afterwards the HR person tells you if you got in the project. the whole process took around 2 - 3 weeks .

I applied trough an employee referral, they called me a couple days after I sent my resume to the talent acquisition team. The process was very smooth, questions were very standard. The hiring manager was very nice.
