I applied for the Junior Backend Developer role at CIED Technologies ,After being shortlisted,I was given a test to complete within 24 hours.Passing the test,I moved to the technical interview round,Which i cleared succesfully, After i recieved my offer letter.
The interview process was well-organized and professional. It started with an initial screening, followed by a technical assessment and a final round of interviews focusing on problem-solving and cultural fit. The communication was clear, and I received timely updates at every stage. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience
