The overall hiring experience felt somewhat inconsistent and lacking in communication. Initially, I was told that my first interview would be just a casual meeting with the recruiter, but I ended up meeting someone else and was unexpectedly asked to take a legal test — something I was not informed about beforehand, while other candidates were.
During the final interview, I also noticed some favoritism, as the recruiter appeared to give more attention to another candidate with a similar hometown background, engaging in personal small talk while I was present. This created an impression of bias and unprofessionalism in the process.
I hope the company can improve communication and ensure equal, transparent treatment for all candidates moving forward.
