Submitted resume on Sunday and got phone call the next week. Easy with an initial phone interview with typical questions. Next can a follow up interview with team members. Finally a follow up interview with management level employees. Felt at ease and easy to talk to the questions. Took sometime to follow up with an offer.

The interview process was straight forward. The paint line supervisor sat there while the plant engineer gave me the interview. He asked the usual questions; do you have experience, how long have you been doing this, etc.
