I had a brief phone screen, a call with the hiring manager, and an in-person interview with another member on the team consisting of basic questions around my experience. HR never reached out about next steps in the process. The job post is still active 2 months later. I didn't get the impression that they really know what they want in candidates or that they're very organized.
