This is strictly talking about the *Pre-hire assessments*
I personally felt the assessments were a little off-putting. It didn't seem like it was asking about how I work with people in the workplace, rather almost a mental health evaluation. Some of the questions were very odd. If you have disabilities, mental health concerns, or a disability I would advise being cautious when answering. I'm not sure how much they weigh this assessment, but I'm not sure I'm interested in moving forward with any interviews. There was also a "skills" assessment that was pattern recognition, and some finding the difference in phrases with letters and numbers mixed around.
Here are some of the exact questions asked on the first assessment that you rate on a scale from always true to always false:
-I find life boring
-My moods change
-I am able to manipulate others
-I am uncertain of my worth
-I am lonely
-I do things to attract attention
-I change my mood a lot
-I often feel discouraged
-I get irritated easily
-I panic easily
