Was contacted by a recruiter who set up a phone interview that was designed to screen me for the main interview, which was a 3 person panel. If you are interested in working for the company, I recommend following the posts on the CLEAResult website. The panel consisted of my future manager, a future colleague, and another manager who would not be directly involved in my position.

I forgot the exact question, but it was something about a professional mistake. Remember that the interviewer knows you have made a mistake, everyone has. The key is to explain the resolution and how you learned from it.

Decent interview, typical questions. Nothing too out of the ordinary. Immediate manager seemed very friendly, higher up came off slightly condescending. Definitely made me question whether I wanted to move forward.

Met with HR recuriter to determine if role was a good fit, from there moved on to speak with hiring manager. Next step was with another manager but declined to move forward.

Entrevista
Interview was good. I was interviewed by 3 people, in a small conference room. I felt very comfortable, because we talked about other things as well. Lots of laughs, talked about family and the flexibility. There were two managers in the room asking about two different jobs, because I applied for one job, but was being interviewed for two to see where I best fit.
