Screening call and then in person interview next day for an hour plus. Talked to owner and hiring manager and learned about the process/took a quick assessment using a blueprint.

Got a quick response after applying for a sales job. The associate was really nice and attentive. I appreciated being contacted and not completely ghosted by the company because many companies do that now.
