Asked me a bunch of questions, which im confident i answered correctly, some where theoretical questions in which i explained with a used case. They wanted a text book answer, instead of real life. Feedback from headhunt given from teamlead was i had weak sql skill, i was offended, then they came up with a made up explanation of why i failed.
