Entrevista

First met with one person. Then had to do a project and deliver to multiple people. During the presentation I was asked multiple questions about the project to test my industry knowledge. I was also asked about myself and why I would be a good fit to work for CLS.

Pergunta 1

Most of my questions were tailored off of the project I had to complete. It was all job based, testing my knowledge of the industry. Information about whether I would recommend certain plan designs based on type of company, questions about carriers, products and a few legal/compliance/tax questions.

Entrevista

Was very turned off at their lack of professionalism and interview style of the key officers. They believe they are something that they are not. They spent so much time de-grading you during the interview it makes you wonder why you spent the time to meet them.
