Entrevista
Submitted thru their website and was called a day later for an on site interview in the week. Had a nice talk with HR and then met the team lead and team manager. Interesting discussion about how they separate their teams and how it all work together from the engine to the commercial product in the hand of the customer. A few technical questions and a walk around the office.

Big-o complexity (std::vector vs std::list), Thread synchronization topic and general c++ basic stuff like polymorphism (virtual function) and destructor. Memory allocation and smart pointers.

Entrevista
The company is responsive. They called me for a phone screening and a week later for an onsite interview. The interview was conducted in french with a Tech Lead and a team manager. They went through my resume and my professional experience. They asked me about how I was designing and structuring my previous software projects. They also asked about my collaboration with my current co-workers and knowledge of specific UI frameworks. Then they explained that they have four main software teams including applications and dynamics.
In general, the interview was respectful and to some extent intense. The HR called me few hours later to tell me that they will not proceed to the next step because they think I'm a good fit for the dynamics team and they're looking for someone to work with the applications guys.
The good side of the story: they do not waste your time.

Entrevista
The first part is by HR, very nice and pleasant (as all good HR person is), giving you the tour and all (since they have a new and clean place). Then if everything is good you might meet your future boss or be invited for a second interview if he is not available. No test, no code writing, mostly going through your resume and explaining things in more details. Demeanour is obviously observed and how you interact counts.
