Interview process took two days with four rounds. It was easy to me and i cracked all the rounds and go the offer too. But the benefits were not clear. and when i tried to call the HR regarding to understand the benefit and push the joining date, that HR was too harsh. He was very rude towards all my questions like insulting me. I am shocked to see the behavior of HR so cheaply from a world largest shipping firm. I already read the bad review about this firm in glassdoor before applying for the job but i tot this could be based on individual experience. But i understood it after personally experiencing it. I recommend people not to join this firm if your really ambitious on your career growth. I felt you will not have any self respect here. because any HR should be the person to help you out if you face any issue with management but the HR itself behaves badly then how the management will be? Any big company should have very strong policy on HR behaviors but i do not think CMA having such policies for employee welfare. My experience with this firm was very bad and shocking.

2 rounds of f2f interview at their office in Buona Vista.
1st round is interview with hiring manager, 2nd round is interview with hiring manager + director (case study test included).
Overall my experience was extremely negative. I went for first round in 3rd week of january, got into second round and went for it in 4th week of January. Then no news until one month later. I later found out from the recruiting company that they had not enough budget for any of the candidates at all. Which company hires without having catered budget first? so myself and other candidates were put on hold, only to be rejected one month later. Lo and behold, when i went on other job portals, i saw the job post republished with a lower quantum than what was initially posted! What a joke
Wasted a lot of time on this process and also used 2 x half days of my precious leave to attend the f2f interview. Absolutely a waste of time.

Tell me about yourself and why do you want to apply for this role?
Premier entretien RH, présentation de l'entreprise, motivations... par téléphone puis visio avec le manager qui détaille la mission, l'équipe... Pour finalement avoir une réponse peu de temps après. Process correct
