The result comes after a couple of weeks. 2 rounds of interviews and very quick interviews, not too long. After on board, it takes also a while before you pass the probation.

I was made to wait 3 hours for an interview. Very unprofessional. Recruiter does not pick the phone, reply to emails or call back ever. No one cares, bad culture
