Phone Interview with HR. They got a gauge on how I sounded on a phone call, and asked some basic questions about myself. I was then called back a few days later to come in for a 1 on 1 interview with the CEO. He asked me questions about my resume, my life, my goals, and went on to discuss what situations would arise on the job and how I would respond to them.
