A recruiter responded to my LinkedIn message that I sent and promptly scheduled a phone interview with me. They recruiter said they would follow-up with me that same week but I they didn't. I reached out to them three weeks in-a-row by sending an e-mail for the first two weeks followed by a phone call and a voice message. Despite all that effort of trying to get an answer, I got no response.
