Entrevista
I was interviewed by two people. One of them was pleasant, polite and professional, the other was rude and extremely condescending. Because of the latter, the interview felt very unprofessional. They also requested to reschedule the interview to the very next day of the reschedule request. Ended up rescheduling to 2 days before the agreed interview date.

Why do you want to work here? Why should we hire you? Questions testing your technical skills (i.e. How would you execute [a programme idea], etc.)
Had interview with the EP, then did freelance job before getting hired full time. In a way, the gig was the assessment process itself. The first interview was quite casual, held at mediacorp.
