Applied on Indeed and received an email to schedule an in-person interview about half an hour later. My initial interviewer was unprofessional. He started our interview while we walked into an empty office, which was incredibly awkward due to the narrow hallways and social distancing. I had to talk about myself while walking 6 feet behind him on the way into an office. When seated, he looked through my resume and rapid fire asked me questions about my work history (why I left x and y company, why I wasn't working after my seasonal job ended at the beginning of the pandemic shutdowns). He cut me off multiple times during my responses to ask me the next question. After asking those simple questions about why I left each company, he said "Let me find someone else who can meet with you" and brought in someone from the department that was hiring. He didn't really ask any interview questions. We had a brief and casual talk about my relevant experience and meeting targets before he took me on a tour of the campus. At the end of the tour, he gave me his card and told me to call him next week. I called the following week and didn't get a call back. Called again the week after with no response.
