The worst interview process I went through, and I've gone through soulless hiring centers. Required extensive work done up front, with no pay. I'll let you guess if they even gave me a 5-minute call for a fully working app with tests included (they did not) Easily the most work for the least response, despite extremely positive initial feedback. Seems like a company with intense growing pains and no HR Despite having a people-centric goal, I had a very poor communication experience that I would never repeat and zero willingness to ever follow up on

Write a full application (backend and frontend), that passes certain validating tests. You have to not only write that, but come up with the formula that fits the test (not given), and creating a DB as well is a good move
