Submitted resume and was called two weeks later. Couldn’t understand what they wanted and the whole process took forever. HR was hard to get a hold of and provided no updates

I applied on line and was asked to go back and complete the pre-screen questions then a telephone Interview, Panel Interview, Background Check takes about 3 weeks. I understand it takes 5-7 days to get a background check - call your references and give them a heads up.
