Very relaxed, and pleasant. First interview was with an HR representative over the phone, where they detailed the job, and set up an appointment for an in person interview. The in person interview with HR was really easy going, and they just went over other details of the position, as well as some other positions available in the company. Following those 2 interviews with HR, I was scheduled to meet with the Field Manager, and he was given the final say. Was primarily asked questions in regards to customer service experience and technical ability. Job requires valid drivers license and no criminal background.
