Video interviews mainly during COVID but they did insist on an in person before they could give an offer. So I went in person but still did not receive an offer.
They consistently missed the dates they said they'd get back to me by. I nearly missed a job opportunity because they said they were going to make an offer but kept pushing the timeline and then eventually didn't even have an offer.
