Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela COMMON GOAL SYSTEMS em abr. de 2026
Entrevista
My experience interviewing with Common Goal was frustrating and unnecessarily drawn out.
After a standard one-hour initial interview, it took nearly three weeks to schedule the next step, with multiple reschedules along the way. This level of disorganization made it difficult to take the process seriously and showed little regard for the candidate’s time.
The final interview with the CEO lasted over two hours, which felt excessive. More concerning was the number of overly personal and irrelevant questions asked, which made the interview uncomfortable and, at times, unprofessional.
After investing a significant amount of time and effort into this process, I was ultimately informed that they moved forward with another candidate. While rejection is part of any job search, the lengthy, disorganized, and intrusive process did not justify the outcome.
Overall, the experience lacked efficiency, structure, and respect for candidates. I would strongly recommend that the company reassess how they conduct and manage their interview process.

So many red flags...
I applied for the Associate IT Analyst position and went through a lengthy 9-hour interview process, including an online assessment, three virtual interviews, and a four-hour on-site "candidate day." Despite positive feedback, the process left me disappointed.
After receiving an offer, I made a counteroffer within the posted salary range, but they only increased their offer by $1,000. The compensation structure, which included a $5,000 performance-based bonus, was only disclosed after the offer was made, which I found misleading.
Despite the company's emphasis on strong culture and communication, I experienced a disconnect, especially when I repeatedly requested details on medical coverage and 401k benefits, which were never provided. My point of contact even blamed a subordinate for these lapses.
Ultimately, the lack of transparency and communication, along with an unsatisfactory counteroffer, led me to step back from the opportunity.
