Entrevista
Pretty normal, asked average questions. Found out about the company through a friend who used their service, said they had a pleasant experience and notified me they were hiring. I checked it out and submitted my resume to the the CEO. Being proactive I followed up and actively pursued the position as I thought it was something I would be successful at. After writing the 30/60/90 day plan they brought me in for the final interview and informed me they were going to offer me the position.
