by chance, one day i went to comsats and met the friend of my father who is already working there as an Assistant Director, i talked with him about not being employed from last 2 years. he asked me that give me your CV and wait. after some time he came and gave me a Call Letter for the test that had to be held on the next day. next day, on the test day, i went for the test, i passed the test and i was asked to wait there for an interview after some hours. during that i again met my father's friend and told that i took the test, he asked me don't worry son, you are selected. i already talked to the interviewee panel. but i gave the interview and ansewered every question they asked but i don't consider them good interviewees as they questioned not in a good way. what so ever, after few days, i got the joining letter and joined the COMSATS. but the question is that why i didn't get the job without the reference.
