Senior Folk dont waste your time to interview here,
these are highly unprofessional people and not rerecorded for senior folk for interview as well as work also.
I got call from HR for interview, she did not as for what technologies you work and what is your current and expected CTC. and call for interview.
Saturday morning I went there and they have invited many people from different consultancies most of them are like fresher and looking for fires round.
after reaching there they have asked for what position you have applied???
then gave me one question paper and there was Written test. written test contain simple test like printing array (for more than 6 year exp ppl :) ) and all question available in Glassdoor :P .
in one section there was question like
from following technologies what you have used how you used write a essay on it.
What is subversion? write essay.
what is your achievement write essay.
though I have written all programmers (it us indeed very simple college level) and wrote answer for all subjective questions .
after submitting to HR he came back within 5 min and say "you can leave for the day "
I was shocked whether he checked answer or not?
do not wast your weekend with this unprofessional people.
