Interview went well, went through a phone interview and an in person interview with the CEO and members of the sales team. Everyone seemed really nice and I was told I was going to hear back about what was happening post-interview. They said to give it a few weeks since it was before the holidays, which was no problem. But then I was completely ghosted. Not getting the job is okay, but I would have at least appreciated an email letting me know they were moving in another direction. If I took the time out of my day to drive to your office and meet you in person then an email follow-up would have been a common courtesy.
