I got a call to come in for an assessment a week following the call. The actual interview was 2 hours long and it was a group interview. First we did introductions as kind of an icebreaker. Then we did a styling exercise which was just putting together an outfit for a certain scenario or person. After that we did another exercise where we put censors on clothing and put it away in the stock room. Then we got a sheet of things that needed to be done and we were suppose to put them in order of importance. Finally we each had individual interviews with the recruiter and manager. Overall, the interview went by fast. The interviewers made the process go very smoothly and made us interviewees feel very comfortable.

I applied online then received a phone call from the assistant store manager. I was asked a few questions over the phone then I was called for an interactive interview at the store where we had to do group activities. Then I was called back for an 1-on-1 interview with the assistant store manager and store manager.
