Application through the company careers website. Short phone screening. Group interview at the company headquarters of around 7-8 people. Short presentation of the interviewers and each of the applicants. Individual practical exercise to choose and settle an outfit for a particular customer. Team exercise with a list of jobs that needed to be done and what order we prioritised them. Individual interviews with the store manager. Friendly and relaxed interview.
