The interview lasted about an hour and I was interviewed virtually by two managers. The interview included several scenario-based questions. Most of these questions focused on developmental services, such as: "What is Developmental Services Ontario (DSO)?" and "What is the passport program for people with disabilities?" The interviewers also inquired about various mental health conditions, for example, "Can you explain what borderline personality disorder is?" The final portion of the interview included a written component that presented an advocacy scenario. Had 4 rounds of interview. First was a basic screening call with the VP. Then a technical interview round with the team engineers. Then a pair coding test with another senior engineer. Then a behavioral interview. They were medium difficulty questions and the interviewers were more than helpful.
