Met with the manager for a 1 on 1 interview after filling out an online assessment. He asked general questions about background from highschool and college, as well as community involvement. Asked sports related questions to see if I had a competitive nature, as it is a necessary quality associated with sales and commissioned careers.

Online application, followed by a call, and then in-person interview for the position. Long, arduous process. Lots of talk about culture and earning potential. After it was narrowed down to 2 applicants, I was offered the role formally with my wife also at the meeting.
