Phone interview, followed by an in person with homework give. They ask you to list out 500 people that you know and can call to talk about your new job. You are also asked to interview 10 people and practice fact finding on them Once completed you have a one more in person with regional manager.

Entrevista
The interview was very simple and informal. We first went out for lunch, met with the agency manager and discussed my experience, sales numbers, and the basics. Got an offer within a day or two after that.
