Entrevista
Had a great phone conversation with the recruitment team which was a great informal chat.
Second interview was great and pretty straight forward conversation about aspirations, values of CPC, and general questions concerning.
The third interview was with a partner and HR. The interview involved general questions about aspirations, career moves, project management principles (outlined in a presentation that you have prepare and present).
I was extremely disappointed I got through the final stage and I did not even receive a response for rejection or acceptance either via call or email. I tried to follow up and still no response.

Awful interview processs. HR was the first stage and was grilled to see if I was the right fit snd then went to second stage with one of the PM heads who was very arrogant and showed no emotion. Felt like i had to be 200% suitable for the role. Needed to compile a 15 minute presentation to senior staff and had a remark afterwards that it was substandard and should've just walked out. Very selective with recruitment / looking for the perfect candidate and pleased in the end I didn't get the role!
