Overall the process, was fairly easy. 1 face to face interview with the direct manager and another person to whom I would be working with. Then roughly 1 week later there was an informal interview with the GM of the unit I was reporting into. He basically just wanted to meet me and get a feel for me to see if I could deliver on what was require for the position.
