One day assessment day with multiple other candidates in the same room, mix up of interview and key skill tests, including a presentation that you came prepared with. There were also group activities and discussions that were being monitored.

Well structured and friendly interview. Additional time given to answer questions, good mix of competency based questions. Felt like they took the time to get to know me, made me feel comfortable and at ease.
