Entrevista
After checking the website and the discussing it with management and the owner, we decided to have a series of phone interviews before we met. We discussed product lines, shipping, customers, work allocation, profit margins, the economy. We talked about philosophy of sales and marketing. We exchanged ideas about how to achieve sales goals and profitability within certain product lines.
They were very upfront about what the territory was doing now and how they expected to increase the sales territory. I was pleasantly surprised with the honesty and sincerity coming from the owner.
