Initial conversation with an associate director of the company. Very informal, at first to get a better understanding of the company. Moving on to the formal interviews, I had a conversation with the Director of the Contract team and the Founder. It was made very evident from the conversations I had with everyone that CPS is a company that invests in its people and this is intertwined with the core values of the business.

The interview process was largely informal as I have come from a recruitment background, we went for an informal lunch then a formal interview with members of the board but the whole time it is relaxed. Recruitment requires an understanding of the interview process and the ability to engage with individuals at all levels of seniority especially when they throw curve balls. I am not saying don't prepare but I would say don't tick to a script.
