Two phone interviews, I withdrew after the second interview. I had an extremely positive experience, especially with Stephanie who is one of the kindest people. While I did not end up deciding to continue the process, I had an extremely positive process and highly recommend interviewing for the company.

I was referred by an employee at Mercer CPSG. The whole process took about a month. I had my first round of interview with the senior hiring manager. He was extremely helpful and guided me through the entire hiring process. It was more like a conversation rather than an interview. Second round was with a senior integration consultant and he asked me for my technical coding skills and relevant experiences. Third round was with the vice president of the company. It was the shortest interview of all three. He gave me a few brain teasers and told me about the culture and the future of Mercer CPSG. I heard back from them two days after the final round.
