I applied on-line and a cooperate recruiter gave me a call about a week or so later. He knew his stuff and was very upfront with me about the position. He asked some very tough questions and had follow up questions for pretty much of all of my answers. We spoke for almost 35 mins and it seemed to go well as he invited me in for a face to face interview. I spoke with him for a few about 10 mins than he had me shadow with a Driver Manager to give me an idea how the job was. Than I had a face to face interview with 2 other Managers and the recruiter which was tough. They too didn't hold any punches back but again I felt they wasn't wasting my time and was just being upfront with me to make sure I understood the first 6 mth's was going to be tough. However they did repeat that after that 6 mth mark things tend to get a bit easier and that there was advancement opportunity from the Driver Manager position.

Typical interviews, first with HR, then with Operations Managers to see if you meshed with their ideas for optimal employees, then finally with a supervisor to see if you were a fit for their management style
