I was contacted by the HR over LinkedIn. After giving them a 'go ahead' with my candidature, a first round of technical interview was arranged with team members. This followed by a short technical proficiency test - the questions were similar to those asked in the technical round. Upon satisfaction of test performance, I was intimated of second round (with director) - the intent is to assess candidate's temperament, aptitude.
