Applied Online, Recruiter called first and explained the process, Hiring Manager next and then team interview. Multiple members in panel including direct reports, skip level manager plus HR. A presentation was also asked which was slotted for 45 minutes plus 15 mins Q/A

Everyone on the team is based outside of Massachusetts and works remotely full-time. The hiring manager only comes in once or twice a month. None of this was communicated by the recruiter, hiring manager, or skip-level manager beforehand. I only learned the full details during the on-site interview. If I accept the position, I will be the only one working on-site. The entire interview process left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

Met with 7 people, each about 30mins. Recruiter asked for references after interview WITHOUT offer, indicating there are additional candidates for interview, with is very weird. BTW, if you park in the garage, they will not reimburse you for parking fee.
