Phone interview. Then they will email you all of the information that you will need to print off, sign and fax. You will have to watch a few videos and then they will email you your drug test form and take it within a few days. After that, the person you will be working for will call you for a 1:1 interview.

Easy and conversational. They wanted to know why I would like to work there and my customer and about what experience in customer service I had previously. The interviewer was very friendly. I had one brief phone interview and then an in person interview with my future manager.
