It was only a phone interview, and generally about my education and what I was doing currently. There isn't too much to say about this. Anyone could get through the interview. I just randomly babbled about something close to me during the only skills portion and got it.

Easy and conversational. They wanted to know why I would like to work there and my customer and about what experience in customer service I had previously. The interviewer was very friendly. I had one brief phone interview and then an in person interview with my future manager.
