This was a internal transfer to a new business unit and therefore, hiring process was easier. The biggest factor is cultural fit and if they don't see it then it is a no go.

Entrevista
I was interviewed by a manager and a senior member of the group for about an hour. I had been contacted by a member of HR to set up the interview as well as an initial skills assessment online, which was quite easy. They asked about my skill set and my thought process, all of which seemed to be to their liking. After that one hour interview, they called me later in the day to offer me a job, contingent on the usual background check and drug test.
