Entrevista
The first part was a call from an HR representative who went through general questions regarding your work experience. Then the next step was a 2 person panel interview. We discussed my background and education. We also went through several scenarios, where I was asked to explain my solution to the issue.

Hard to describe in all honesty - I had another job in the field and had nothing to lose and had a few drinks prior to the interview. I knew someone who worked there and stated it was a good place, not perfect by any means, to work and I was ready for a change. I applied for total loss supervisor only to interview for that, as well as casualty supervisor. I didn't get either, but a consolation offer of casualty specialist.

You get called to f interview in person with 2 supervisors in that department. They trade off asking questions and then you hear back usually in a week or 2.

Entrevista
I submitted my resume on day 1, by day 4, I was interviewed, and the job offer was extended on day 5. It was a group panel, and they rotated questions. Everybody took notes, so they were looking down a lot, and not at me.
