The interview process was in 2 steps- theoretical knowledge and laboratory knowledge. it was friendly easy and relevant to the work. It included a laboratory test.I was interviewed by the laboratory manager who was humble and asked me generalized questions and was noting them on a piece of paper. A medical check up was the last step of their process at the other branch.
