Well, first the internet connection was poor from the interviewer side. And suddenly a third person's name appeared in screen without any introduction. Personal questions were asked but not related to working experience, motivation, background, career goal, etc. It was a questionable interview that made the interviewee feel like they were just being used as a KPI filler.

Entrevista
CSC is a bit rigid in its process. However, there are many silos with many processess. The key is to get sponsorships from the right people in the company.
