First round was a technical interview (more specific to BA role) and then a managerial interview which was again a technical. Interview was to know on the process followed in my previous experience and the check on my confidence level of handling clients and managing backlogs. Finally HR interview was on phone

the Hr at CSc is very poor and lazy. they will call you in the morning but will start the process after lunch. the managers who take interviews ae no less than the HR. but the crowd is good .oh yeah
